If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the rtm1 platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services. rtm1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the rtm1 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To access the full rtm1 experience, you will need to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. rtm1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact the rtm1 support team immediately.
Rtm1 platform users are responsible for ensuring that all their actions are lawful and in compliance with these terms. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, technical interference, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the rtm1 system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical bugs, or disrupt other users' experience may result in immediate action against the account in question.
All transactions on the rtm1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rtm1 supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and recognised e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed under the "Wallet" section once logged in.
Rtm1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification or supporting documents. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the rtm1 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Rtm1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or business disruption. rtm1's total liability to any user shall not exceed that user's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the rtm1 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of rtm1 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rtm1.
Rtm1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or at rtm1's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, rtm1 is under no obligation to return any remaining balance in the account, subject to a case-by-case assessment.
The rtm1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. rtm1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
Rtm1 reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last updated.
Where material changes significantly affect user rights, rtm1 will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notice or their registered email. However, continued use of the rtm1 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
